Miso: Agentic Travel AI
Miso rebuilds the white-glove travel agent as an AI you text — booking, rebooking, refunds, and loyalty math for people who live on planes. I ran operations: the part of an agentic product where trust is won or lost.
Problem
Frequent travelers sit on a fortune in points, status, and transfer partners buried in fine print — and when a trip breaks, they're on hold with three companies at once. Human travel agents solve this beautifully; they just don't scale.
Solution
Text Miso like you'd text an assistant — 'two nonstop business seats, JFK to Tokyo, back mid-April' — and it searches cash and points across programs, applies your status, books the best option, and handles refunds, delays, and rebookings itself, citing its sources as it goes.

Result
Miso booked real, gnarly itineraries — including nineteen of them for a four-time Olympic gold medalist — and taught me what it takes to run an AI agent people trust with their travel. That thread runs straight into what I'm building now.
