Calented: Group Plans Without the Back-and-Forth
Culture taught me the real enemy of seeing your friends: the twenty-message scramble to find a time. Calented is my second swing at the problem — built solo, live at calented.com.

Problem
Group plans die in the gap between 'when is everyone free?' and an actual invitation. The poll lives in one app, the invite in another, RSVPs in a third — and the calendar never hears about any of it.
Solution
One link that runs the whole arc: an availability poll that finds the best time, an event page that dresses the invite, RSVPs that collect themselves, and a calendar hold that lands for everyone the moment it's settled.

Result
Live in production and quietly doing its job. It also became my proving ground for building with AI agents under executable gates — the development system I now run on everything I ship.
